Game không nhận ra tôi?
Dựng máy theo chiều ngang, lùi ra 2–3 mét để camera thấy cả người từ đầu đến chân. Chơi ở nơi đủ sáng.

Lỗ trên tường quá khó?
Vào Cài đặt ▸ chọn mức Dễ, hoặc tăng thời gian mỗi hình.

Tôi đã mua nhưng level vẫn bị khoá?
Mở màn hình Bản đầy đủ ▸ bấm Khôi phục giao dịch mua, dùng cùng Apple ID đã mua.

Muốn hoàn tiền?
Apple xử lý hoàn tiền tại reportaproblem.apple.com.

The game doesn't see me? Stand the device in landscape and step back 2–3 m so the camera sees your whole body. Play in a well-lit room.

The walls are too hard? Open Settings and choose Easy, or give each wall more time.

I bought the Full Game but levels are locked? Open the Full Game screen and tap Restore Purchases, using the same Apple ID.

Refunds? Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
